These terms and conditions apply in general to all unless otherwise stated.

1. Private Drive reserves the right of refusal of entry and or removal of any passenger.

2. 25% deposit  required to confirm booking non refundable.  Final balance due 1 week prior to hire.  Cancellation fees apply if less then 2 wèeks notice for tours and 3 months for weddings.

3. Private Drive reserves the right to charge for any damage/cleaning required to vehicle after any hire period.

4. Private Drive will not be held responsible for any lost/damaged items during period of hire.

5. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of the reservation. For operational reasons Private Drive reserves the right to substitute any vehicle for similar vehicles or capacity as necessary including drivers.

6. Charges commence from time of departure from Perth CBD (Base) to pick up location and thru to drop off all passengers inclusive.

7. Any works outside of metropolitan area include return time to Perth CBD e.g. Rockingham, Mandurah, Yanchep.

8. Base rate is $80 per hour plus GST. Overtime is charged in 15 minute increments, plus GST.
